Ingredients

cinnamon powder

teaspoon
ground nutmeg

teaspoon
ground ginger

teaspoon
allspice powder

teaspoon
cloves powder
Instructions
Measure and add all the ground spices into a sieve over a bowl. Sieve the mixture to get rid of any clumps.
Whisk the ground spices to combine well.
Transfer and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Allspice
: If you cannot find ground allspice or the berries, skip it and increase ground cloves to 2tsp.
