INGREDIENTS
½cupoats flourground oats
½cupwhole wheat flour
½cupall-purpose flour(you may use wheat flour instead)
2teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
3tablespoonssugarregular or coconut sugar
salt to taste
2large eggswhisked
1¼cupslaban (buttermilk)laban
¼teaspoonvanilla extract
¼cupolive oil or melted ghee or butter
butter to grease the pan
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the batter
Take a large bowl and whisk together all three flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt until well combined.
½ cup oats flour, ½ cup whole wheat flour, ½ cup all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3 tablespoons sugar, salt to taste
Pour the buttermilk (laban), whisked eggs, and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients and fold until combined with no traces of flour.
