For Cooking Nectarines:
3-4nectarinesliced
3tablespoonsugar
¼teaspooncinnamon powder
1teaspoonlemon juice
For Batter
¼melted butter
½cupall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1pinchsalt
½cupsugar
1mediumeggor 1 small or ½ large
⅓cupmilk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 °C with the rack in the middle.
In a saucepan, add the sliced nectarines, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Bring this to a full boil, then turn off and set aside.
