Ingredients
1 to 2large ripe avocadomedium size
2tablespoonsred onionfinely diced
2green chilliesfinely chopped
1small tomatofinely chopped
¼cupchopped coriander leaves
1tablespoonlime juiceadjust per taste
2tablespoonfull-fat labnehadd as needed (see notes)
salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepperto taste (optional)
1pinchchilli flakesoptional
Instructions
Slice and open the avocados lengthwise, remove and discard the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp and add them to a wide bowl.
1 to 2 large ripe avocado
Add the rest of the ingredients like onion, tomato, cilantro (coriander), green chilli, labneh, lime juice, salt and pepper.
2 tablespoons red onion, 2 green chillies, 1 small tomato, ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon lime juice, salt to taste, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 pinch chilli flakes, 2 tablespoon full-fat labneh
Use a fork and mash them to a pulp. Taste test and adjust the seasonings.
Serve immediately with favourite chips, crackers, toasted bread, etc.
